STANDARD DELIVERY – 3 days*
With our standard delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock*, we’ll deliver your new tools and consumables within the next three working days from when the order is placed, Monday to Friday (geographical restrictions may apply, contact us for more information on +94-71-141-3644. Orders greater than 25000 LKR will have free delivery island wide.
REPAIR PICK-UP AND RETURN
Hilti tools are built to last but in the unlikely event that a breakdown occurs, we will take care of it quickly and professionally.

§ If your tool is under the 2 year no cost period, we will strive to repair your tool within a week (door-to-door).
§ If you purchased your tool more than 2 years ago, we will send you a quotation within 2 days. Once approved, we will strive to get it repaired within a week (upon availability of all spare parts)
WEBSITE DELIVERY OPTIONS
§ You can ship your products to any project site, just add in the delivery address details & contact person information during the “shipping” checkout page
